There is just something about an Irish Coffee that is so perfect for the holiday season… ⁠

Ingredients:​⁠
45 mL Jameson Whiskey ⁠
15 mL Butterscotch schnapps⁠
22 mL Brown sugar syrup⁠
120 mL Hot coffee​⁠
Top with: Cinnamon roll cold foam​⁠
Garnish: Cinnamon swirl, mini cinnamon roll​⁠

Cinnamon Roll Cold Foam​:⁠
90 mL Heavy cream⁠
15 mL Brown sugar syrup⁠
Dash of cinnamon (to taste)​⁠

Method: ⁠
Combine all ingredients in a mug for the coffee and stir. In a separate container, combine heavy cream, syrup, and cinnamon and froth with a milk frother until foam-y consistency is achieved – don’t over-froth! Gently pour over the top of the coffee. Garnish with a cinnamon swirl and mini cinnamon roll.
