There is just something about an Irish Coffee that is so perfect for the holiday season…
Ingredients:
45 mL Jameson Whiskey
15 mL Butterscotch schnapps
22 mL Brown sugar syrup
120 mL Hot coffee
Top with: Cinnamon roll cold foam
Garnish: Cinnamon swirl, mini cinnamon roll
Cinnamon Roll Cold Foam:
90 mL Heavy cream
15 mL Brown sugar syrup
Dash of cinnamon (to taste)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mug for the coffee and stir. In a separate container, combine heavy cream, syrup, and cinnamon and froth with a milk frother until foam-y consistency is achieved – don’t over-froth! Gently pour over the top of the coffee. Garnish with a cinnamon swirl and mini cinnamon roll.
