Ingredients
3 Cubes of Ice
50ml Tequila Blanco
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
25ml Cointreau Orange Liqueur
10ml to 15ml Agave Syrup
2 to 3 Fresh Jalapeños, Sliced
1 Wedge of Lime, to Garnish
Tajin or Chilli Salt (3 teaspoons Maldon Salt with ½ teaspoon Chilli Powder)
Method
Rim the glass with a wedge of lime and dip into chilli salt or Tajin.
Squash the jalapeños in the bottom of a shaker.
Add the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup and ice to the shaker.
Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with an extra slice of jalapeño and a wedge of lime.
