    @GarMullins’ Spicy Margarita, made with Olmeca Altos Tequila on offer now at €23.⁣

    Ingredients⁣
    3 Cubes of Ice⁣
    50ml Tequila Blanco⁣
    25ml Fresh Lime Juice⁣
    25ml Cointreau Orange Liqueur⁣
    10ml to 15ml Agave Syrup⁣
    2 to 3 Fresh Jalapeños, Sliced⁣
    1 Wedge of Lime, to Garnish⁣
    Tajin or Chilli Salt (3 teaspoons Maldon Salt with ½ teaspoon Chilli Powder)⁣
    ⁣
    Method⁣
    Rim the glass with a wedge of lime and dip into chilli salt or Tajin.⁣
    Squash the jalapeños in the bottom of a shaker.⁣
    Add the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup and ice to the shaker.⁣
    Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.⁣
    Garnish with an extra slice of jalapeño and a wedge of lime. ⁣
