Today marked the halfway mark of my chemo, 6 more to go then I have a little break after which I will start my radiation and another operation. Thank you for all the support and love! #chemotips for the day: drink #castlemilkstout to help your white blood-sells recuperate faster! Around 1 beer 3 times a week has more than doubled my blood counts.

have launched ‘Reopening with Respect’ this week and GUINNESS are a sound supporter, asking everyone to #BeSound and follow government guidelines when you go to a pub or restaurant. Respect the staff, respect each other and everyone can enjoy being together again.
Thank you @homeofguinness for recognizing our work.
