Schweppes Bitter Lemon gives the Margarita such a bubbly, springtime feel and taste.

Ingredients
Schweppes Bitter Lemon Tonic to top
50ml tequila
20ml Triple Sec
25ml lime juice
1 lime
Cubed ice โ€“ enough to fill your shaker and glasses
Garnish: Salt & two lime wedges

Step 1: Sprinkle a few teaspoons of salt over the surface of a small plate or saucer. Rub one wedge of lime along the rim of a tumbler and then dip it into the salt so that the entire rim is covered.
Step 2: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tequila, lime juice and triple sec. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Step 3: Strain the mix into the prepared glass full of fresh ice.
Step 4: Top with Schweppes Bitter Lemon Tonic water and garnish with lime wedge17w

2020 has been a difficult year, filled with many challenges and lessons. One of the best things I have learned is to appreciate the power of the small things in life – Like a simple walk and having a beer with friends. โ€œLa Passeggiataโ€ is a little gift from Italy. Itโ€™s a ritual where people take to the streets in the evening to meet and reconnect with others and to show off their true style! Peroni Nastro Azzuro encouraged me to enjoy my own โ€œPasseggiataโ€ , (Check it out on my stories!) We strolled along the cobblestoned streets of Cathedral Quarter. Itโ€™s impossible to miss the intense coffee aroma in the air as you pass Established coffee – something I missed so much during lockdown! We continued along commercial court, one of my favourite little streets in all of Belfast! Itโ€™s such a good insta spot, I grabbed a photo on the red benches under the twinkling lights, couldnโ€™t resist! We walked, we talked, we laughed, it was genuinely so fun! & now Iโ€™m home, wrapping my passeggiata up in style and enjoying another little gift from Italy – @peroniireland โค๏ธ I encourage you to do the same! #WalkWithUs #VitaConStile #TrueStyle #PeroniNastroAzzurro #ad

Happy Friday!

Tonight, weโ€™re kicking off the festive season early. Weโ€™ve got the Christmas music on, weโ€™re decorating the tree and weโ€™re treating ourselves to some scrumptious Baileys hot chocolates with all the trimmings! Get your ingredients and join me this evening to celebrate a very Merry Treatmas! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐ŸŽ„
Ingredients:
โ€ข 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
โ€ข 1sp hot chocolate powder
โ€ข 100ml milk
โ€ข A dollop of cream
โ€ข Chocolate sprinkles, chocolate brownies, chocolate fingers, chocolate sauce, chocolate anything to garnish
Method:
โ€ข Step one – Use the hot chocolate powder and the milk to make a hot chocolate. Pour into your favourite mug.
โ€ข Step two – Make it magnificent. Add the Baileys.
โ€ข Step three – SHAKE IT UP & garnish gregariously. Dollop on fresh or whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate flakes, whatever you fancy!
โ€ข Step four – stand back and admire. Then grab a spoon and dig in.
