    @GarMullinsā€™ Spicy Margarita, made with Olmeca Altos Tequila on offer now at ā‚¬23.ā£

    Ingredientsā£
    3 Cubes of Iceā£
    50ml Tequila Blancoā£
    25ml Fresh Lime Juiceā£
    25ml Cointreau Orange Liqueurā£
    10ml to 15ml Agave Syrupā£
    2 to 3 Fresh JalapeƱos, Slicedā£
    1 Wedge of Lime, to Garnishā£
    Tajin or Chilli Salt (3 teaspoons Maldon Salt with Ā½ teaspoon Chilli Powder)ā£

    Methodā£
    Rim the glass with a wedge of lime and dip into chilli salt or Tajin.ā£
    Squash the jalapeƱos in the bottom of a shaker.ā£
    Add the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup and ice to the shaker.ā£
    Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.ā£
    Garnish with an extra slice of jalapeƱo and a wedge of lime. ā£
